An Arleigh Burke–class guided-missile destroyer has arrived in Panama, and U.S. Southern Command continues expanding its fleet in the region.
When cooperating with Panama, special emphasis is placed on combating malicious external influence—specifically targeting the CCP behind Maduro’s drug cartel financiers—preventing the CCP from stirring up trouble in the area.
At the same time, Washington must guard against Brazil’s Lula, who is increasingly aligned with the CCP, even though Brazil’s military remains closer to the United States. The CCP is constantly trying to undermine U.S. influence.
Although the CCP currently lacks naval equipment worth deploying, the U.S. still takes precautionary measures to ensure security.

The E-6B belongs to the Navy’s Strategic Communications Wing and undertakes the TACAMO mission (Take Charge And Move Out), meaning it must deliver Emergency Action Messages under any circumstances. This ensures that the National Command Authority can maintain survivable communication with sea-based and land-based strategic nuclear forces even in extreme scenarios. It is essentially “the Pentagon in flight,” capable of withstanding nuclear shock and issuing second-strike orders to bombers, missile bases, and nuclear submarines even if the homeland is under attack.
❶ Normally stationed in the U.S., the aircraft’s overseas deployment is highly unusual.
❷ It reassures allies that even if the U.S. is attacked, it can still execute nuclear command chains from Europe.
❸ It deters not only Russia, but also the CCP.
❹ The U.S. has raised its nuclear defense posture, making the nuclear umbrella more secure.

04｜Trump administration strikes Harvard again: dual lock on funds and patents.

❶ Harvard patent issue
On August 8, Commerce Secretary Lutnick wrote to Harvard’s president, requiring the university to ensure that intellectual property generated from federal funds complies with the Bayh-Dole Act (1980) and related regulations. Harvard was ordered to submit by September 5 a complete list of patents arising from federally funded research, along with proof of compliance with federal law and contract obligations.
The Bayh-Dole Act’s enforcement procedures allow the government to seize patent ownership or obtain patent licenses. The purpose of the law is to ensure Americans benefit from inventions funded by taxpayers.
According to Harvard’s own data, as of July 1, 2024, the university held more than 5,800 patents and had signed over 900 technology licensing agreements with more than 650 industry partners.
[Comment] This directly hits Harvard’s sore spot.

❷ Harvard financial issue
On September 19, the Department of Education took two consecutive measures against Harvard: (1) issuing a “Denial of Access Letter” because of continued failure to provide admissions data; (2) placing Harvard on the “Heightened Cash Monitoring List” for financial accountability reasons.
Once on this list, Harvard must first use its own funds to cover federal student aid before requesting reimbursement from the Department of Education.
The Department also required Harvard to provide an irrevocable $36 million letter of credit to demonstrate the school’s ability to meet potential liabilities and fulfill financial commitments to students and the Department.
[Comment] Finances are the major bloodline. Increasing pressure blocks the CCP’s channels of funneling money into Harvard, since every transaction must now pass review and can be traced.
The U.S. government identifies Harvard as a critical node in the CCP’s unrestricted warfare inside America, directly overseen by Xi’s daughter and the PLA Joint Staff Department. Multiple agencies—including Commerce, Treasury, Education, and the Human Rights Office—are investigating Harvard, all targeting CCP influence.
This extreme pressure forces Harvard to cut ties with the CCP. If the university leadership continues resisting on Beijing’s behalf, board members and presidents could face legal consequences. No one would be foolish enough to take that risk.
Next, Harvard must carry out compliance disclosure from both internal and banking aspects, re-examining cooperation contracts and endowed professorships. “Endowed professorships” are prestigious, lucrative, influential positions that the CCP has fiercely sought to capture.
Given the “zero trust” environment, tolerance has shifted from “turning a blind eye” to demanding full compliance.

05｜Some side notes on H1B visas.
◉ Xi’s illegitimate child at Tesla, Chu Yang(褚阳), very likely holds an H1B visa. Xi’s daughter in the U.S., under the alias “Chu Chen(楚晨),” also very likely holds an H1B visa. Both of Xi’s “Achilles’ heels” are thus trapped in America.
◉ CCP agent Tony (Guo Yu 郭宇), who infiltrated Lude Press, once tried to sow discord between Dr. Yan and Lude by privately telling Dr. Yan: “Don’t apply for political asylum, we have an H1B channel, your profile definitely qualifies, we have a bunch of lawyers who can fix it quickly…”
◉ The H1B used to be a major CCP infiltration channel into the U.S. Now, new personnel cannot get in, old ones dare not return home, and if they use encrypted networks, monitoring is America’s strong suit. So this tactic is very effective against the CCP.

06｜The Palestine issue.
◉ Italy’s Meloni government does not recognize Palestine. In response, so-called pro-Palestinian dock workers in Italy went on strike, blocking major ports under the banner of “nonviolent resistance,” stopping military supplies from reaching Israel. The CCP is clearly manipulating this behind the scenes.
◉ Commonwealth countries and France recognized Palestine, which temporarily calmed these riots. Intelligence must be involved here, so European states adopted different approaches.
◉ The U.S. has given Israel the green light to exercise sovereignty in the West Bank.
◉ Hamas immediately began blackmailing the U.S. and Israel: if Israel halts fire for 60 days, they will release half the hostages. This mimics the CCP’s tactics. Hamas leaders threatened: before October 7, any country that refuses to recognize a Palestinian state will face consequences—claiming the October 7 operation was Hamas’s “victory fruit.”
◉ The concept of a “Palestinian state” does not equal legitimizing the PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization) or the Palestinian Authority. Every country recognizing Palestinian statehood also declares that Hamas must not be included—this is political correctness.
If Palestine does not hold democratic elections, the PLO and Palestinian Authority may also be defined as terrorist organizations by the U.S. in the future.
Therefore, PLO leader Abbas has no legal standing to demand £2 trillion in colonial-era damages from the U.K., because Britain has not recognized the PLO or Abbas’s legitimacy.
