[Lude Press | Dr. Yan Talks] The arrest of New York Overseas Chinese Leader Wang Yibing is far more than just an “illegal immigration” case; the EU’s criticism of Russia’s “hybrid warfare” actually points toward the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). 10/8/2025

01|Ursula von der Leyen condemns Russia’s “hybrid war” against Europe — but the real target is the CCP.
Von der Leyen said that Russia is waging a hybrid war on Europe involving airspace intrusions, cyberattacks, and sabotage of undersea cables. The content she referred to included incidents such as undersea cables being severed by ships and unidentified drones harassing several European countries.
Von der Leyen stated firmly that Europe must respond and must deter such actions.
Although she mentioned Russia in every sentence, each of the examples she cited has already been confirmed to be connected to the CCP behind the scenes.
The countermeasures that the Trump administration launched to turn defense into offense against the CCP’s “unrestricted warfare” are now reflected in Europe’s countermeasures against Russia’s “hybrid war.” Since Russia and Europe are already enemies, Europe can act openly against Russia, but it hasn’t openly confronted China yet. Under the pretext of resisting Russia, Europe is increasing military spending and upgrading its equipment — and once Russia shifts its focus, Europe will be able to redirect those preparations directly toward the CCP.
02|President Trump: I am very proud to announce that Israel and Hamas have formally signed and agreed to Phase One of our peace plan.
Phase One of the peace plan has been achieved; this phase is the release of hostages.
Phase Two is the key: the surrender of Hamas and the disarmament of all armed factions.
Hamas has also admitted that it truly does not know the whereabouts of some hostages’ bodies. Under extreme pressure, Hamas had no choice but to tell the truth.
Meanwhile, CCP propaganda is still bargaining on Hamas’s behalf, saying Israel must completely withdraw from Gaza and carry out a full prisoner exchange. CCP media can interview Hamas anytime, anywhere, and can release propaganda at the first moment — and both the rhetoric and writing style clearly originate from the CCP. They are polishing Hamas’s image while maintaining the CCP’s own internal stability.
03|Iran openly admits to commanding the “October 7 Massacre.”
On October 8, 2025, Iran wrote in the eulogy for “Haj Ramazan(Mohammad-Saeed Izadi[)” (a commander of the Quds Force under Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps):
“Every bullet fired toward the enemy from Gaza bears your fingerprint; Heaven knows.”
He was killed in an Israeli airstrike on June 21.
[Comment] This means Iran has openly admitted to commanding the massacre against Israel, while both Hamas and Iran are backed by the CCP. The United States and Israel are fully aware that without eliminating the CCP, it is impossible to resolve the terrorism and nuclear threats posed by Hamas and Iran.
Since Trump took office for more than half a year, he has sorted out the connections among Hamas, Iran, Venezuela, the Russia–Ukraine war, fentanyl, cyberattacks, and COVID-19 — all of which now clearly point to the CCP. It has already become common sense.
04|Japanese naval mine-laying drills only 100 km from Taiwan: Japan’s Defense Ministry declares “Do not allow any attempts to change the status quo by force.”
Japan’s largest minelayer, Uraga, along with the Asagiri-class destroyer Samidare, conducted mine-laying tactical exercises in the Sakishima Islands.
The mines laid are designed not only for surface ships but also for submarines.
A press release issued by Japan’s Joint Staff Office under the Ministry of Defense was extremely rare — it was a clear signal of deterrence directed at the CCP.
The Miyako Strait is a necessary route for the Chinese Navy to enter the Pacific from the north. Japan’s mine deployment there is a message to the CCP: “Don’t even think about coming this way.”
This move carries milestone-level political significance because it represents Japan proactively defining the boundary of the battlefield — meaning the Miyako Strait can be sealed off.
The CCP’s propaganda machine is currently attacking Sanae Takaichi, and other media have already found evidence of this.
05|The arrest of New York community leader Wang Yibing is far more than just an “illegal immigration” case.
◉ Among the Chinese-language media interviews, the so-called “community figures” or “friends” who agreed to be interviewed were basically arranged by the CCP . Ordinary people would not want to get involved in such a murky affair.
The Chinese-language media claimed that her problem stemmed from a fake marriage and issues with illegal residency. That narrative deliberately downplays her identity as a CCP agent — this is part of a systematic cover-up operation.
Wang Yibing is the president of the Chimerica Women Association(纽约台山侨胞妇女联合会).
When she needed to appear in a U.S. court, she sought a recommendation letter from the local community to show her “contribution” to the community, but everyone refused because they “felt it was too risky.”
This shows that the community knew she was backed by the CCP and the Chinese Consulate, and also that her espionage rank was too low for Beijing to step in and rescue her.
◉ Wang Yibing came to the United States only in 2017. By 2018, she had already organized a grand “Thousand-Person Qipao Show.” In 2019, she founded the Taishan Overseas Chinese Women’s Association and became its president. In that same year, she carried a red flag and joined rallies opposing Hong Kong’s anti-extradition movement.
In 2020, her name appeared on the guest list of the Chinese Consulate in New York’s Spring Festival reception, alongside community leaders such as Liang Guanjun, “King of New York” Chen Shanzhuang, and Sun Wen(Linda Sun).
In 2023, she attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the Asian American Community Joint Council, and in 2025 she organized a Lunar New Year gathering that included participation by CCP consular officials.
How could an ordinary woman running a small grocery store and raising a child possibly have such energy and resources to achieve all this?
◉ Wang Yibing also organized Chinese-language classes, English naturalization classes, and even helped people renew Chinese passports.
[Comment] In U.S. congressional and government investigation reports, any activity involving “renewing Chinese passports” or “renewing Chinese driver’s licenses” has already been equated with operations of so-called “overseas police stations.”
Helping with passport renewals implies she had a direct working relationship with the consulate.
Therefore, Wang Yibing was by no means merely an “illegal immigrant.” Her “illegal stay” status was intentional — designed so that if something went wrong, she could immediately flee back to China, making it impossible for the U.S. to arrest her.
If she had obtained a green card or U.S. citizenship, she would instead be more easily investigated under American law.
She deliberately avoided obtaining legal status, so that if the U.S. needed to act, it would have to use ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) to arrest her.
◉ In 2023, Wang Yibing publicly stated that FBI agents had questioned her about her connections with the Chinese Consulate in New York, her personal relationships with multiple consular officials, and whether she was engaged in espionage activities.
[Comment] Her decision to make this public was actually a signal to the Party organization — a message saying, “You need to help me quickly; the FBI has me in its sights.”
According to reports, “The FBI checked her WeChat records, photographed several conversations, and refused to leave contact information.” This means the FBI had already placed her on a suspect list.
Dr. Yan and Mr. Lude have both interacted with the FBI before. Each time, the agents were very polite and friendly, never conducting coercive interrogations, and always left their contact information. For instance, when Guo Wengui’s people attacked Dr. Yan’s apartment building, she immediately called her FBI contact. The agent advised her to first report it to the police, and because of her sensitive identity, the case was automatically transferred to the FBI.
After Wang Yibing was questioned by the FBI in 2023, she was not arrested within 24 hours and soon became active again. In August 2023, the Department of Homeland Security sent her a letter, noting that her residency status had expired — yet Wang continued to appear publicly at various United Front activities with high profile.
A spy backed by a “powerful motherland” always exudes confidence.
