01｜ The “Generation Z” (Gen Z) movement sweeping across various regions, and the one hurt the most is, once again, the CCP.

◉ “Gen Z” mainly refers to the young people born between 1997 and 2012, the first generation that has not been away from the internet since birth. They organize through social media, protesting in various places for different specific reasons, but the common theme is: expressing strong dissatisfaction with systemic corruption, the growing wealth gap, unemployment, and other human rights and livelihood issues.

The triggers vary:
▪︎ Madagascar, it’s the long-term water shortage problem;
▪︎ Nepal, it’s the children of high-level officials flaunting their wealth, while the government imposes network controls on the populace;
▪︎ Kenya, police brutality and tax hikes;
▪︎ Morocco, the huge expenditures brought by the 2030 World Cup.

◉ These “Gen Z” have no clear leaders, belonging to spontaneous gatherings that slowly expand. But these countries’ control over the internet is not as strict as the CCP-ruled China, so their gatherings can bypass many network controls and blockades.
The regimes being overthrown by “Gen Z” right now happen to be those with very close ties to the CCP. This means the CCP faces the outcome of all its previous local investments and constructions being washed down the drain.

◉ The difference between the “Gen Z” movement and traditional anti-corruption/democracy movements
Traditional movements have political parties, labor unions, religious groups, and student organizations, engaging in offline rallies, mobilization, publishing articles, etc. The demands of traditional movements are usually systemic issues like constitutional reform, elections, and judicial independence.
“Gen Z” uses digital platforms to simultaneously implement, plan, organize, and collectively vent emotions. It is de-centralized, has no “left” or “right” labels, is highly networked and spontaneous, and directly points to specific issues colored by economic justice and intergenerational equality, thus it can better unite people.
They oppose hypocritical elites. They trust ordinary people (commoners) or non-traditional people more. They understand clearly that regardless of left or right, traditional politicians are two sides of the country’s corrupt system, just as the CCP “buys both the left and the right sides” in a country. “Gen Z” hopes to achieve a new government that aligns with their values, especially transparency, fairness, and justice. Therefore, they are actually indirectly opposing the CCP.

◉ This is another example of the CCP engaging in TikTok, X (Twitter), and information warfare, only for the boomerang to hit itself. The CCP uses algorithms to promote its “spokespersons” and “internet celebrities” worldwide, but the flaunting of wealth, privilege, and a displayed by these spokespersons instead allowed the local populace to see their right to speak (discourse power) being plundered, social injustice, and state resources being plundered… As a result, “Gen Z” was awakened.

02｜ South America’s Pro-U.S. President Rodrigo Paz of Bolivia Wins Election

◉ “Centrist” Rodrigo Paz was elected. CNN’s headline is, his election “ends Bolivia’s nearly 20 years of left-wing rule.”
Competing with him was the “conservative.” They both expressed their determination to be pro-U.S.
Since 2006, Bolivia’s left-wing has been in power long-term and has always been pro-CCP. The country was run into deeper and deeper paralysis. As a country with no shortage of natural gas, it ended up with fuel shortages. So, if it doesn’t improve relations with America, the country can’t be sustained. Thus, it’s in a state of ‘cornered counter-attack’, a ‘desperate struggle’.
Next, Bolivia’s series of actions will be to completely decouple from the CCP. Paz has already shown a $1.5 billion economic cooperation plan developed with U.S. officials. Bolivia will next follow Argentina’s path of “pro-U.S., decoupling from the CCP.”

◉ Bolivia ending left-wing rule means the CCP’s so-called “Latin American left-wing united front” has basically collapsed.
The CCP had just cheered on October 5th about becoming an observer of the “Andean Community,” and was just about to make big moves, when cold water was dashed on it.
This “Andean Community” originally only had Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, Colombia, and Chile. Peru’s political climate has changed; Ecuador is already standing with America; Chile and America have always maintained military and intelligence cooperation; now Bolivia has also turned; the only one left is Colombia, which has basically been designated as narco-terrorist.
Next, from the Pacific Ocean to the Brazilian inland, America can use Bolivia as a springboard to monitor the CCP’s activities in Latin America, establish security cooperation and energy corridors, and also a very important “South Lithium, North Copper” supply chain.
Bolivia has 21% of the world’s lithium reserves. Bolivia is one of the core raw material production areas for the CCP’s new energy strategy. For example: ZTE, Luoyang Molybdenum (CMOC Group Limited), Tianqi Lithium Corporation, Beijing Zhong Ke San Huan High-Tech Co., Ltd., etc., have all signed “lithium extraction from salt lakes” cooperation projects in Bolivia.

03｜ Peru Will Face a General Election Next April, the CCP’s Investments in Peru Are Washed Down the Drain Again.

A candidate in Peru nicknamed “Piglet Mayor” announced his resignation from the mayoral position of Peru’s capital, Lima, and announced he will formally run in the general election. “Piglet Mayor” is a conservative political figure and is currently the candidate with the highest approval rating.
Peru’s pro-CCP president was overturned by “Gen Z.” The current acting president, although a conservative, cannot directly continue as president and must go through an election. So America is supporting this acting president to stabilize the situation in these six months, and then wait for the general election next April.
In the future, Peru’s Chancay Port and its resource minerals will have little to do with the CCP. The CCP’s previous investments there have all been washed down the drain again. Trump said Colombia’s previous president, although friendly, also just paid lip service to counter-narcotics and was also making money from drugs. It’s clear America is crystal clear.
Trump said: We sank a “submarine,” this submarine was built for only one purpose, which is to transport massive quantities of drugs.
This submarine was definitely built by the CCP! The CCP is bound tightly to the chain of narco-terrorism; it’s impossible to break free.

05｜ When the CCP’s Coveting of the “Andean Community” Meets America’s “Monroe Doctrine”

◉ The so-called “Andean Community,” it’s not just about promoting narratives like “anti-U.S. unilateralism,” “America’s Monroe Doctrine is hegemony,” “Global South solidarity.” In these countries, the CCP isn’t just pushing ideology and discourse power, it is also pushing the “standard CCP-ization” of these regions, including: “One Belt, One Road,” “Smart Systems” (surveillance systems).
Furthermore, this region of the Andes mountains has a large mineral supply chain, which the CCP has set its sights on.

◉ What America’s “Monroe Doctrine” wants is to build America’s backyard into a buffer zone. Therefore, America will absolutely not leave any survival space for the CCP’s infiltration. The CCP wanting to build an anti-U.S. platform here is clearly provoking America, (and) directly catalyzing the emergence of an “anti-CCP, pro-U.S.” alliance.

06｜ President Trump: China must buy soybeans, stop fentanyl, stop weaponizing rare earths, or else no other agreement will be reached, and they will have to bear high tariffs.

◉ Ever since the CCP weaponized rare earths, Trump has repeatedly stated that he wants to meet Xi in Korea. But the CCP side, to this day, has not dared to confirm the itinerary.
On September 30th, the CCP put out news that Xi Jinping and Peng Liyuan were to visit Korea, and were coordinating the itinerary with the Korean side.
On October 9th, the CCP brazenly “weaponized rare earths,” and Xi Jinping was caught red-handed by Trump. Now he’s so scared, he absolutely dares not go see Trump.
Instead, it’s Trump, who previously hadn’t said he was going to Korea, who now never forgets to say he’s going to Korea to see Xi Jinping.
But now Xi Jinping doesn’t dare to publicly refuse, to say he isn’t going to Korea.
Xi Jinping doesn’t dare to go, first is a “face” (dignity/reputation) issue; second is that soybeans, fentanyl, and rare earths are all on the agenda, might also talk about denuclearization and the origin of the virus—then wouldn’t Xi Jinping be scared to death?
But seeing Trump repeatedly emphasize this matter with so much confidence, it’s highly probable that, just like last time when he made Xi Jinping take the call, Trump has the certainty that he can “grab” Xi Jinping and drag him to Korea like winning a “claw machine doll.”

◉ Trump said he might lower tariffs. The CCP’s propaganda side started “winning so much they’re numb” again, saying Chairman Xi “precisely handled” (pinched/grasped) America, saying Trump is “TACO” (Timid As a Chicken) again.
Trump said the CCP couldn’t hold on at 55% tariffs, and the subsequent tariff is 157%. If the CCP doesn’t want to die, it has to come to Trump and kneel.
The CCP has clearly chickened out. If it hadn’t, it wouldn’t have directly dismissed Li Chenggang from his international post. But in reality, Li Chenggang’s domestic Ministry of Commerce positions (Vice Minister, Deputy Party Secretary) are still retained, still listed online. This is just “putting on a show” for the world to see, that this “hellfire” was just Li Chenggang going crazy on his own, not Xi Jinping’s intention. Xi Jinping just wanted to use Li Chenggang as a “Wolf Warrior” to execute Xi’s will, thinking he had scared America, but it turned out, he had misjudged again.
The CCP has been at this for almost a year. At the start, they wanted to negotiate the 20% fentanyl tariff down. They talked and talked, and ended up “talking it into” a 157% tariff.

◉ Regarding the soybean purchases, the CCP previously instigated the American Soybean Association to put pressure on Trump: “We don’t want subsidies, we just want to sell soybeans.”
So Trump turned their own trick against them, and said to Xi Jinping: “Look, there’s nothing I can do. I have to make you buy soybeans, or else this 157% tariff can’t come down.” The CCP hit itself with a boomerang again.

◉ Regarding fentanyl, if Xi Jinping still wants to “borrow a few heads” (sacrifice scapegoats) to stall for time, Trump has already used the former Colombian president to hint: “You type, who pays lip service but still makes and deals drugs in secret—we see you very clearly.”
