Russia is telling the CCP: Don’t think you can control me just because you’ve established a symbolic “joint military command post” with me. The CCP transporting nuclear materials through Russia, engaging in “nuclear proliferation” to Russia’s little brothers, coveting Russia’s Far East… this poses a real threat to Russia, so Russia is showing you who has the real power.

The highlights of the Kremlin’s statement are as follows:
❶ “Regarding Trump’s recent statement on nuclear testing, Russia’s view is: The U.S. is a sovereign nation, and whether the U.S. conducts relevant actions is its own decision.”
[Commentary] Even America’s own Democratic Party is opposing Trump’s nuclear testing statement, but Russia doesn’t care at all; Russia says that’s your power, your decision.
❷ “The continuation of the ‘New START Treaty’ is not directly linked to the discussion of so-called nuclear tests and should be viewed separately.”
[Commentary] Russia’s attitude is very good, saying this won’t affect our cooperation on reducing nuclear weapons; we can conduct nuclear tests while simultaneously reducing nuclear weapons.
❸ “Russia does not believe there is currently a new arms race. Communication channels between Russia and the U.S. are still operating, and contact between the two sides has not completely stopped.”
[Commentary] This is a staunch ally among allies, and both sides are still communicating continuously. The CCP’s consistent excuse is: The U.S. and Russia have a nuclear arms race and nuclear strength, so we also have to expand our nuclear arsenal to ensure a balance of power. Now “Daddy Russia” has publicly come out to dismantle CCP’s views. Now the CCP is scared to death of Russia, and Russia hates the CCP to death.

President Trump giving an interview on Air Force One was seizing the initiative to set the tone for the U.S. before the CCP released a series of texts.
The CCP Ministry of Foreign Affairs only released the official press release 12 hours after the Trump-Xi meeting because Xi Jinping knelt unwillingly this time, but his inner petty calculations failed again. Immediately after the meeting, Trump preemptively set the tone, so they spent 12 hours revising drafts, going through layers of approval, and getting permission from Xi Jinping himself before finally releasing it.

◉ Regarding Tariffs
“Reporter asked: Once you sign the deal, what will the new tariff rate on Chinese goods be? President Trump: Tariffs remain completely unchanged. It was 57%, now it’s 47%, because fentanyl brought it down.”

So currently, Trump saying the fentanyl tariff is lowered by 10% is just a verbal political statement. President Trump posted: China also agreed that they will start the process of purchasing U.S. energy. In fact, we might reach a very large-scale deal now, involving purchasing oil and natural gas from the great state of Alaska.
[Commentary] This sounds most worrying to Russia. Putin will think: You CCP suppressed our Russian energy prices, taking advantage of our precarious situation, instigated Russia to fight Ukraine, causing Russia to be betrayed by allies and deserted by followers while selling oil; and then as soon as Xi Jinping meets Trump, he wants to buy U.S. energy and prepare to invest in the U.S. Russia hates this to the core (itching teeth with hatred). If they don’t punish the CCP, who will they punish?

◉ Regarding Fentanyl
Bessent said the CCP stated it would cooperate, and the U.S. needs to formulate a working group plan. The U.S. side has protocols: how to quantify indicators, how to shut down relevant enterprises, how to hand over relevant people for trial. If Xi Jinping continues to play tricks and doesn’t cooperate, adding the tariffs back is just a matter of minutes.

◉ Regarding Reaching an Agreement
Whether it’s Bessent’s interview or President Trump’s statement, as long as no agreement is signed, everything is called “expressing good intentions,” which is basically just each side saying their own piece.

But this so-called “time and space” is all illusory. As long as the U.S. side hasn’t issued a statement, hasn’t implemented it, hasn’t lowered tariffs for a single day, then all of this is just “political posturing.” The intentions are good, but in reality, there is nothing; just listen to it and that’s it.
Next, we need to pay attention to: Is there a Presidential Executive Order? Is there an execution notice from the Treasury Department? Are there corresponding documents? Are there execution instructions issued by Customs regarding tariff changes?

04｜ After the US-China Heads of State Meeting Ended, US Stock Indices Opened Low Today, Bitcoin Went Lower, and Gold Went Higher. What Does This Mean?

The stock market is “sharp-eyed and clear-minded”; it is about money. In any negotiation between two parties, if everyone feels that one side won big and they will proceed to cooperation, or if one side surrendered and will cooperate with the other, the stock market would not have this reaction.

The stock market doesn’t care who wins or loses. Even if Trump lost and Xi Jinping “won so much he’s numb,” or if Xi Jinping completely surrendered and abandoned the bad ideas and back-up plans in his heart, the stock market result wouldn’t be this.
This means that regardless of how the two sides shook hands at the time, or how well they claimed the talks went, in reality, nothing was materialized. Each side came back plotting how to destroy the other.

Whether Xi admits it or not is unimportant; criminals never admit their crimes. Tying them to the chain doesn’t require Xi Jinping to personally admit it.

Therefore, lowering the tariff by 10% on fentanyl is nothing; they can add more elsewhere. Moreover, tariffs can’t beat the CCP to death; the CCP can continue to squeeze its own “leeks” (exploited common people).

This is clearly a “strategic compliance entrapment” often used by the US. This doesn’t fall under “political posturing”; this is nailing down another solid layer of the framework. Next, the US can logically and legally pursue accountability and advance the strategy to destroy the CCP using this as an opportunity. Moreover, Xi Jinping has been dragged in; next, whether to sanction the Xi family can all be put on the table.

06｜ Buckingham Palace Officially Revokes Prince Andrew’s Title, Preemptively Severing CCP Infiltration

If he is not called “Prince” anymore, does he still have succession rights? Succession rights still exist, because in the English Law of Succession, it is based on bloodline, not titles.
