◉ The United Nations concluded that both the elevator and the teleprompter problems were issues internal to President Trump’s team, unrelated to UN staff. The CCP and the UN are basically playing with the IQ of the world’s people.

◉ President Trump sent a letter of accusation to UN Secretary-General Guterres, saying: the elevator suddenly shutting down, the teleprompter not lighting up, and the absence of sound in the hall were not coincidences but deliberate sabotage, already threatening the national security of the United States. The Secret Service has already intervened to investigate.

When Putin attended the September 3rd parade in Beijing, President Trump posted saying: China, Russia, and North Korea were conspiring with Xi against America. At that time, Putin immediately responded, also in a joking tone, implying: when I am present, there is no anti-American conspiracy; wherever I am, there will be no anti-American action. Putin also made Xi Jinping reveal his “zombie dream” — his hope to live to 150 years old.

This current “paper tiger vs. bear” dialogue from afar is also a kind of unserious banter.

In addition, “paper tiger” is not a common phrase in English or Russian cultural backgrounds. “Paper tiger” became widely known in modern political discourse only because of Mao Zedong’s statement to American journalist Anna Louise Strong in 1946: “All reactionaries are paper tigers.” (A paper tiger is a tiger made out of paper, which looks like a real tiger on the outside but lacks any true strength or danger.)

When Dr. Yan gives interviews to English media, especially when explaining the CCP’s concept of “unrestricted warfare,” she often uses “paper tiger” to describe the CCP as bluffing, unwilling to engage in hot wars, and only capable of secret “perfect crimes.”
In the U.S., aside from military and geopolitical circles, ordinary people rarely have a concept of “paper tiger.” So whenever “paper tiger” is used, it is almost always associated with communism, especially the CCP and Mao Zedong.

When President Trump used the phrase “paper tiger” directly in a Truth Social post, it was equivalent to tying Russia together with the CCP — asking, in essence: Russia, have you already bound yourself to the CCP, becoming a large “paper tiger”? Are you still the Russia that wants to join me in eliminating the CCP? If you are standing with the CCP, you must realize: at best, you are just a big paper tiger, and America can destroy both of you together.

The Russian government, in a relaxed tone, told Trump: Don’t take it seriously, don’t think I stand with the CCP. I am not a “paper tiger,” I am a bear — a real bear, one that can bite and has sharp claws. I haven’t changed in standing with you to eliminate the CCP. This is the U.S. and Russia exchanging coded signals from afar, sending all the necessary messages — while the CCP is stuck in between and oblivious.

The CCP still thinks that the U.S. and Russia failed to align, and that it can pull Russia over to its side again, so its propaganda is once again jubilant. The CCP fights “cognitive warfare” every day but still fails to understand the deeper meaning here.
