  <hr>第一部分：核心原則 ✨ Core Principles

  1. 理性為上，嚴謹求證 🧐

     • 中文： 討論應基於嚴密的邏輯論證與清晰的概念定義。避免個人情緒化發言、無依據的猜測或未經證實的斷言。

     • English： All discussions must be based on rigorous logical argumentation and clear definitions. Avoid emotional statements, unsubstantiated speculation, or unverified claims.

  2. 尊重思想，而非個人 🤝

     • 中文： 尊重不同的學術觀點和解讀思路。辯論應聚焦於思想本身，嚴禁任何人身攻擊、嘲諷或不友善的言論。

     • English： Respect diverse academic viewpoints and interpretations. Debate the ideas, not the individuals. Personal attacks, mockery, or any hostile language are strictly prohibited.

  3. 促進交流，拒絕灌水 🗣️

     • 中文： 鼓勵提出有深度的問題、分享獨到的見解。淺薄的點評或無意義的重複發言會降低社群質量，請努力為社群貢獻有價值的內容。

     • English： We encourage in-depth questions and unique insights. Superficial comments or redundant posts reduce community quality. Please strive to contribute valuable content.

  <hr>第二部分：發帖內容與格式 📝 Posting Content & Format

  1. 格式化標題 🏷️ Formatted Title

     • 中文： 為了便於檢索與分類，請使用 [分類] + 主題 的格式。

     • English： To facilitate search and categorization, please use the format [Category] + Topic.

     • 範例 (Example)： [國際關係] 探討現實主義在當前大國競爭中的適用性 或 [地緣政治] 解讀北冰洋航道開闢對全球權力格局的影響

     • 常用標籤 (Common Tags)： [內政], [外交], [地緣政治], [國際秩序], [軍事], [歷史], [經濟], [文化]

  2. 內容要求 📄 Content Requirements

     • 清晰與結構 (Clarity & Structure)： 使用分點、段落與小標題，使內容條理分明，便於閱讀。

     • 論據與分析 (Evidence & Analysis)： 發帖必須提供支持你觀點的嚴謹數據、歷史證據或學術理論。

     • 參考與註明 (Citations & References)： 引用他人觀點、理論或研究報告時，必須清晰註明來源，並提供有效的學術論文、書籍或可靠新聞來源。這是學術誠信的基石！🚫

     • 拒絕抄襲 (No Plagiarism)： 嚴禁抄襲。請確保你的發帖內容為原創，或在引用時給予完整註明。

  <hr>第三部分：違禁行為 🛑 Prohibited Behaviors

  任何違反以下規範的行為，將會被社群管理員處置：

  Any behavior violating the following rules will be handled by our community administrators:

  1. 人身攻擊與騷擾 (Personal Attacks & Harassment)

     • 中文： 嚴禁對任何人進行人身攻擊、威脅、霸凌或騷擾。包括但不限於性別、種族、國籍、宗教、性取向等方面的歧視性言論。

     • English： Strictly no personal attacks, threats, bullying, or harassment against anyone. This includes discriminatory language based on gender, race, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, etc.

  2. 垃圾訊息與廣告 (Spam & Advertising)

     • 中文： 禁止發布任何形式的廣告、商業推廣、與社群主題無關的垃圾訊息或重複發言。

     • English： No posting of any form of advertising, commercial promotion, off-topic spam, or repetitive messages.

  3. 不當內容 (Inappropriate Content)

     • 中文： 禁止發布任何色情、暴力、血腥、非法或任何違反公序良俗的內容。

     • English： Prohibited content includes anything pornographic, violent, gory, illegal, or that violates public decency.

  4. 個人隱私 (Personal Privacy)

     • 中文： 嚴禁未經許可發布任何成員的個人隱私資訊，包括真實姓名、電話號碼、電子郵件等。

     • English： Do not post any member’s private information without explicit consent, including real names, phone numbers, or email addresses.

  <hr>第四部分：管理與處置 🛡️ Administration & Enforcement

  1. 管理員的職責 (Moderator’s Role)：

     • 中文： 管理員將定期審核內容，確保社群遵守以上規則。我們將以公平、一致的原則處理所有違規行為。

     • English： Moderators will regularly review content to ensure compliance with the rules, and will handle all violations fairly and consistently.

  2. 處置流程 (Enforcement Process)：

     • 警告 ⚠️： 針對初次或輕微違規，將給予警告並移除違規內容。

     • 暫時禁言 🔇： 針對多次違規或較嚴重行為，將進行一段時間的禁言。

     • 永久移除 ❌： 對於嚴重違規（如騷擾、發布違禁內容）或屢教不改的成員，將直接移除出群組。

  3. 舉報系統 (Reporting System)：

     • 中文： 如果你發現任何違規行為，請立即向管理員舉報。你的支持是維護社群健康運行的關鍵！

     • English： If you notice any violations, please report them to an administrator immediately. Your support is crucial to maintaining a healthy community!
